I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center and wanted to leave a 5-star review for the entire team. Everyone there is consistently kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They make the process smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Today, while I was in the store, the staff had to handle an especially difficult patient who was very unkind and challenging to work with. Used to be awesome. But they hired a couple new women. They don't listen to what you say. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then I had to write it down. Talk about unprofessional. Then they got there feelings hurt when I gut irritated and frustrated with em not listening to me. Pathetic behavior Then they go and get there Manager because they're not qualified. Ridiculous. Before these 2 new employees it was fantastic. So hopefully you get a non April fools day. The fool were the 3 useless Employees I dealt with.
