The service was amazing. The Doc was thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely helpful. I was able to get my prescription glasses within a week or less. Prices was better than I had anticipated.
DO NOT GO HERE! After making an appt for 7/20/21 I saw Dr. Nathalie Bataille. She advised she would be ordering my contacts and they should take about a week to arrive. I thought that was bit to not be able to see, but I agreed to wait none the less. After 17 days, I did not receive one phone call and called the vision center myself. They could not find my name anywhere as a patient or that I had any contacts there. They even asked me if I had the correct store. Wow. I drove there. They said they would call back and I asked ... read more
Rosa helped me alot , the doctor was very nice great place
I desperately needed glasses. I explained my situation to the doctor and her assistant on what I needed. We came up with a package deal that was affordable. The glasses that I got were very applicable to my situation. Doctor Natalie and her assistant were very caring and patient with me. I was very particular about how I wanted the glasses to fit on my head And the doctor's assistant adjusted them 3 to 4 times so that they would fit exactly how I wanted.
