Good prices and explained what each price was and what was covered in that price. Showed me right wjere to look for frames. The whole thing took about 20 min.

Excellent customer service! Adair took all the necessary steps to keep me and my family safe. Everything was sanitized and proper precautions were taken. These extra steps in no way took away from the overall experience. Adair guided me through the entire process of finding a new pair of eyeglasses. She even gave recommendations on styles,lenses, frames and fit. Highly recommended.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am leaving the country and went to get my glasses on two different occasions. Those two different occasions, they did not open on time. They were more than 30 minutes late and did not even put a sign out or let the Walmart know they were running late. I asked the people working at Walmart and they told me they always run late to open and may not even open that day. This was January 3rd and 4th of 2020. Then, they charged us wrong. I would like to commend one employee in particular. And since Wal-Mart doesn't give that option on their website I`m posting here. Valerie is always so kind and helpful. On one occasion I went in to buy contacts but my prescription expired. Unfortunately the next available appointment was a week away. The contacts I was wearing were at the end of their life and going another week wearing those would not have been comfortable. So she set me up area to put on a fresh pair. Always nice to know someone cares. :)
