Jessica- I stopped by the Walmart Vision Center in Federal Way today in pretty rough shape—my glasses were barely hanging on, one lens had popped out, and the frame was broken. I’m legally blind, so this was a big deal for me. That’s when Jessica helped me, and let me tell you… she was amazing. She fixed my glasses with care and patience, made sure the lens was secure, and helped me walk out seeing clearly again. commuted via bus to get to this location, arrived 9 minutes late (they have 10 minutes grace policy) and was told to reschedule
Great service. I went to Walmart Vision center to have them put my lenses in correctly because America's Best messed up my eyeglasses. Jessica and the Manager Kerry at Walmart Vision were awesome. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain what kind of glasses would suit me best so I could see better without distortion. My glasses were ready in just 2 days, (very fast) and I'm pleased with outcome. I can see now without feeling dizzy. I will be back to buy more glasses from this store! Thanks Jessica and Kerry!!
They like to argue about medical coverage information and refused to update their information on file about my coverage to match my current medical coverage information as my old information in their system is expired however they did write it down.. 🤕 I had my current vision RX faxed to their fax number, and they likely threw it away as they claimed to never have received it.
Thank you so much Keri for your continuous help and efforts in helping me with my glasses. Keri is very knowledgeable and professional, she truly cares about her customers, I will continuing coming here fore my glasses, the price is reasonable and Keri's service is awesome!
