staff is friendly and accommodating, and while the selection is a bit limited, the people make up for it
Dr. Ali was incredibly thorough. He explained all the possibilities, even showed images, and suggested an ophthalmologist for further care. He truly took his time with me, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like that before. I forgot the names of the 2 ladies at the front they were funny. I took my daughter here to get an eye exam and it took months for me to get her prescription when they gave it to me first it was ineligible. When I went back to Get it rewritten the doctor wasn’t in and the girls couldn’t read his handwriting. When I Finally got them to rewrite her prescription. They left out her PD and the two girls at the front argued with me and told me that they weren’t required to give me it. Dr was good, but the girls out front lack professionalism in dealing with customer. They don't put any effort in helping the customer. Very rude especially the older female.
