I took my daughter here to get an eye exam and it took months for me to get her prescription when they gave it to me first it was ineligible. When I went back to Get it rewritten the doctor wasn’t in and the girls couldn’t read his handwriting. When I Finally got them to rewrite her prescription. They left out her PD and the two girls at the front argued with me and told me that they weren’t required to give me it. Dr was good, but the girls out front lack professionalism in dealing with customer. They don't put any effort in helping the customer. Very rude especially the older female.
Great products and service
Horrible! Little over 1 year old and the protective film on the glasses is peeling off. Little spots all over glasses ! I went in and they said it is how I clean them. I use the cleaning cloth they gave me! They took no responsibility!
Trained with the manager personally, and know staff is well versed and very knowledgeable. Also a very clean store
