Went in there with my daughter to purchase glasses was quoted a price and paid for the glasses. The service representative in the store was fantastic. The glasses are great unfortunately we got screwed over by the billing department. When we went in and purchased the glasses they had the wrong rates in their system. Not sure why I have not tried this place before but after being a LensCrafters loyal customer since starting to wear glasses but I will never go back there now after visiting and purchasing from this super Walmart store . Best sales dept. I ever been to and Enrique was quite the professional and straight to the point and explained everything . .... This is my new eyeglass store
This place gets 5 stars but only because of the Eye doctor, Shanelle who is always at the front desk and nevertheless Enrique. The Eye doctor is a very sweet lady and very professional. Shanelle is the sweetest person with a beautiful voice and great smile. As for Enrique who is the Optician - he is the best ever. Always willing to help and extremely professional. Ran into an extremely rude staff member. I was asked to come pick up the prescription and this lady georgette was quite upset that a customer showed up 15 mins before official closing time. Instead of explaining me the process I just got an attitude like I am doing something wrong. So I have to make another trip just to try to pick up my prescription from my eye exam. The doctor who examined me was nice and took the time to explain me my options and the staff member Cheryl was courteous as well.
The Vision Center inside the Walmart store is convenient and a good value for getting eyeglass prescriptions filled. They have a wide range of frames available from the most basic to designer options. The optician that was working today was very competent and friendly. Best of all, the prices are better than most places we have checked. Today I got new prescription lenses in frames with the Wrangler brand. I didn't know Wrangler made eyeglasses, but I like them, and I love the price I got them for.
