Terrible service. Went in for a lost eye piece. Small frame screw. Yep on lady strips out the fame threads and pass it on to the next clerk. She wasn't helpful at all. Badly executed service. So I ask for tape yes I left with Scott tape on my frames. Don't waste your money here . Just a big bowl of shame.
I’ve been coming here for 4+ years never had an issue until a few days ago. I went to get new glasses frames chosen the ones I liked got told I will receive a text when they’re ready to pick up. Got the text had my dad pick them up and when I went to get them from my dad, I was very disappointed and upset because they were not the frames I had chosen. Called them to let them know and was told to come over to get them changed for the ones I wanted. I came today and spoke to Alka. It’s very disappointing to have to do all this... read more

This is by far the best place I’ve ever been to the customer service was out of this world .. and the receptionist Nibia was super dope I’m looking forward to coming back next year for an eye examine .
