I recently visited the Walmart Optical location in Las Cruces (Valley) to replace my son's glasses under the extra warranty I had purchased. Unfortunately, my experience with an associate named Minerva was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, she appeared disinterested in assisting me and demonstrated a lack of empathy and professionalism. I am a Turk and I bought a new pair of glasses from here. They gave me a good price and a quality cleaning cloth. I really liked this place, friendly and good price.
This is THE WORST place to get glasses. They are ridiculously expensive and I ordered mine almost two weeks ago and they still aren’t in. Also very rude associates. Save yourself and go somewhere else
