I will NEVER be back. I stood at the check in counter for roughly 10 minutes waiting to be checked in. The girl Kaitlyn who was running the counter finally shows up and says to me "have a seat I will be with you shortly". Now she did not say it rudely. However she was VERY dismissive. I just got my first pair of glasses ever from eyeglass world across the street and had a not so great experience because they did not help me with adjusting my glasses and since it was my first time ever getting glasses, I didn’t really know I needed it until I had already left. I walked into the Mount Dora Walmart vision center asking for help, even though it wasn’t their responsibility to help me. Most always have a great experience with all employee. I have found one of the best is DAWN. Her personality is truly amazing, help, very caring and understand. Just one the best all around people. The other associates are good as well.
My son and I had the most wonderful experience with Kaitlin here! Our doctor referred us to Walmart as they are more affordable than most places and he was right. We just walked in and were sent to Kaitlin for assistance, from that moment until we picked up our glasses a week later, she was kind, personable, made sure everything fit and felt right, and got us out of there. Unexpectedly pleasant for a Walmart 😊 Thanks Kaitlin!
Highly recommend Dr. Guastella. He was wonderful with my kids, the eye exam was very thorough and staff was fantastic.
