Highly recommend Dr. Guastella. He was wonderful with my kids, the eye exam was very thorough and staff was fantastic.
1/17. I did go back today because the glasses I wanted were not available online. I was greeted and taken care of much better by the staff that was there today. So I will add that. 1/16. I felt like I received very poor service at my visit. As someone that has spent a lot of time in customer service when someone is there to spend money on your items it's important to be helpful and kind.
I’ve always tried to remain positive anytime I’ve dealt with them. The doctor is very nice and he’s awesome but the ladies that he has working with him that handle all of the computer work specifically the two older ladies are absolutely terrible and completely unhelpful. I understand at times like they say they are just doing their job but to have the attitude and be completely rude like I am an inconvenience to them is crazy
