I’ve always tried to remain positive anytime I’ve dealt with them. The doctor is very nice and he’s awesome but the ladies that he has working with him that handle all of the computer work specifically the two older ladies are absolutely terrible and completely unhelpful. I understand at times like they say they are just doing their job but to have the attitude and be completely rude like I am an inconvenience to them is crazy
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, did a repair even though I purchased my glasses elsewhere.
I was hesitant at first to go to Walmart for new glasses but was I ever surprised . I've been to other eye centers in this area Eustis and Mt Dora . The other vision centers rushed my wife and I through like cattle. The manager here in Mt Dora Vision Centers is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Cherry the manager made our day. Thanks Cherry
