Thomas is great, went above and beyond. Was able to help me find my old frames, get them ordered, and switched over into the new frames. Easily saving me a few hundred dollars because I did not have to get my lenses remade. Highly recommended this Walmart Vision Center.
Sarah helped us as my wife and daughter had a new pair of glasses. She eagerly answered to our questions about our prescriptions and glasses. She is so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We are so glad to be served by her.
This walmart helped me very well. I didn't have to do a thing they did everything fir me, even picked out a few frames for me and the right ones for my big head, they also helped me get a second pair for FREE!! they were very nice, serene and even helped me bend my current sunglasses to fit my big head. This place is great!

I went looking for replacement nose pads for my glasses and was greeted by Sarah. I explained my predicament and she offered to repair them for free if I purchased the pads. What a hard bargain;) Sarah, her sincere desire to assist, excellent interpersonal skills, and cheerful demeanor drove me to write this review. These are qualities sorely lacking in public facing jobs. Sarah should be recognized by her management team for her hard work as a frontline employee and outstanding customer service. Thanks Sarah.
