I thought my glasses were bent beyond repair but John was able to bend them back to original shape. John to the rescue! Thank you very much.
John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get a new pair of glasses. I felt like he was very respectful to me and I was comfortable the entire time. I wish I had help like this in the past because this was a much smoother and friendlier process. I would highly recommend John
The manager, John, was completely inappropriate. He told me I was gorgeous because I looked like I was 16, which I find deeply unsettling—comparing someone to a child in that way is not a compliment. This wasn’t the only creepy thing he said or did, but it was by far the most disturbing.
Would give it a no star if possible Took my glasses back because of scratches and the manager said they only warranty against deep scratches and breaks not scratches all over...dont waste time buying glasses here because they don't stand behind their own warranty
John helped us out in a pinch. Thoughtful, kind, and great customer service. He deserves a raise!
