I went there to get a new pair of glasses and I was there for a hour waiting for someone and looking at the glasses, just to be told by a tall Blonde man that since my prescription expires in 5 days they can’t take it, which was a lie bc I went to LensCrafters and they said that’s not a thing and they took great care of me.
Takes way longer than they say please try some place else first
I purchased my glasses from Wal Mart. I went in to have my glasses adjusted, and when the employee put the heat on the part that is against the side of my head, it caused them to crack. She brought my glasses back to me, and said she was sorry, and told me my frames were weird. She also said to be sure and put some glue in the spot before I wore them. Really?!!! You mess up my glasses and don’t offer to fix or replace them? I definitely won’t be going back there!!! Obviously this employee didn’t know what she was doing.
