My new glasses lasted for 13 months before the scratch resistant coating started coming off. I only clean them with the wipes that they told me to clean them with. I took them back and they told me that they had only a one-year warranty and they could not help me. I told the guy that I have always got my glasses from Walmart vision center, and I have never had this problem before. He told me that they are making them cheaper so they only last a little over the warranty.
I bought my glasses at Walmart one or 2 years ago . My frames were starting to fall apart but t couldn't afford a new pair. I went to the vision center on Myrtle School road Walmart. I found my exact frames for 9 dollars. The employee put my lenses in the new frames and made me feel like I had new glasses in less than 5 minutes. Thank you So much for the help and service you gave me. Thank you so much such great customer service .
Highly recommend this place if you have an urgent need to get your glasses fixed, after being turned away by Vision center in the Walmart near where I live I called multiple Walmart vision centers until I came across this one who said they would have to see them in person so I a chance on it & drove 45 minutes to them, a gentleman by the name of Malik who i spoke with on the phone was very helpful & was able to put my lens in a new affordable frame to hold me over until my eye exam next Tuesday.
When I say….this is one of the best places to go for an eye wear emergency!!!! Ive had issues for a few weeks trying to find a place that would take my daughters eye prescription and this morning she sends me a picture of her glasses that are now completely broken. My co-workers told me to call Walmart. I called and spoke with a Mr. Malik and he broke down to me all the options that I could do to get her glasses asap.
