This place..let me start by saying I didn't get my kids eye exams here but decided to take rx to them and ordered glasses. Was told 10 days. Once they received my kids glasses they didn't tell me that one of the lenses were chipped and it would be another 10 days to get them back. They just sent them back with not caring to inform me on the issue and when I called to check on the glasses, they act like it was a burden that I was calling in the first place. Mrs. Christi Jones is the Best ever “Walmart Vision Center Manager” that I have ever did business with over my 15 plus years of purchasing eye glasses through “Walmart Vision Centers”. Her “Customer Relation Skills” are ‘Excellent’ she’s patient kind considerate and knowledgeable with great expertise with Walmarts ‘Warranties and Eyeglass Products’. This was probably the most efficient small office I’ve ever seen in my life. The front desk lady was so knowledgeable in the field, explaining things perfectly, running the front desk, while also doing test. Dr. David Huston was very professional and quick. No sitting around, just getting the job done. I’m really glad I called this place as a shot in the dark because I’ve had a hard time finding anywhere that has drs on site or accepting new patients. Customer service was really bad. I called so many times trying to get a hold of them. And they would just not pick up.
