I had an appt at 415, showed up 10 minutes early like they said too. Didn't get called back until 445, got decent care. But doctor doesn't provide you your PD apparently. When I went to order glasses I had no PD to reference. I had to call back multiple times and sit on hold to get my PD. But guess what STILL NO PD. No call back, no one at the office will provide me with it. I don't understand why they wouldn't provide me my ENTIRE prescription. Customer service is rude and low quality. Very helpful repairing my glasses.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in eye vision care, the old lady I spoke with was very unprofessional and rude.
Daniel was great. Need to figure out a better process for waiting customers in the lobby. It can seem rude or unprofessional the way they are currently keeping track of the line. A man came in after me to pick up his glasses just like me but he was helped before me somehow. No worries, but maybe a sign in sheet or something would help. My time is valuable too.
