I received text message , your glasses is ready we are open till 7 pm , I show up at 6:30 gate was closed and guy his name Michael told me I fill in for someone and I have to close early , second day I went to pick up the glasses I tried it Michael told me I don't have to adjust it for you see somebody else. Very unprofessional....
Let me say 5 STARS TO GWEN who helped me with my frames! She was 💯💯💯 AMAZING!! Go luck actually getting an appt! The sign they have that says the days/times the Dr's are in is total BS!! It says 4 days a week! They only have someone actually in a day & a half a week & definitely seems like the Dr doesn't want 2 b there! It was going to b April b4 I could get appt &, with my job, i can not go 3 months 2 wait 4 an appt! Why have a vision center when you dont have drs?? My glasses lens came detached from the frame. I have never used Vision & Glasses but the service was *extraordinary*! Gwen immediately helped me and quickly repaired my glasses. I've never had such great customer service. The best!
I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center and was helped by Gwen Morrison, Optician. Gwen was wonderful, and I truly want to recognize the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, friendly, and incredibly patient. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The customer service here is absolutely stellar, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive experience!
