Really Need to up date in line hrs of operation for the weekend…
We've used Dr. Fontenot for years even though he is out of network. The customer service has had a dramatic decline in over the past year. They need to take their time and get things correct the first time instead of making the customer feel as if we are bothering them. I have been waiting about 5 weeks for a simple issue to be resolved to no avail. They keep stating they will "call me back", which never happens. Amazing experience
Pretty good service got cute glasses shockingly they have a thing to look in the eye instead of blurry version even tho came in a few days late but things happen
