Walmart is second to none at helping, and doing the utmost to serve me as a customer, swift, quick, efficient, regardless of the one star out of five ratings other disgruntled customers have, they obviously have a major vendetta with WalMart In Shelton, WA. U.S.A. As a whole, which is very sad, so pay no mind to the one star reviews, and if You ever have optical needs I HIGHLY Recommend Vision Center! Outstanding customer service, Outstanding overall.
I have lived in Shelton nearly 15 years and while there are a few workers in the Vision Center that I know and are friendly, the majority of the workers at this Wal-Mart are extremely rude and snobish to say the least. They don't like to be asked question, and when you do they give short unhelpful answers that show they do not enojy their job nor fully understand their responabilites. When I visit Wal-Mart, I get in, get out, and keep to myself while in between.
