Posh staff that doesn't seem like they are interested in worlk, had a long wait time and the gentleman was quite rude. One of the women had kudos for m,e picking out a frame for about 30 minutes. The eye doctor checked my eyes as if he was a ray of light like nothing can fade him. The shipment of glasses took about 4-5 days. They need more glass frame sizes for big heads with wide eyes and more stylish ones too and more cat eyes. Walmart/Is. Every time I call into this center the staff is horrible. I called 5x only to be left on hold for ever each time! They just answer and say please hold and leave you there. So frustrated I need some help with my eye glass prescription.
They were wonderful especially Saul
Beware and avoid Dr.Richmond at all cost. She’s very overbearing and do not have the patient’s best interest. Horrendous optometrist.
