Want to give a shout out to Andy. He was absolutely amazing with my teen daughter (and with us in general) helping her figure out what frames would be perfect for her because it was her first time and was so uncertain etc. He jumped in so fast and spent every minute with her till she was happy no matter how long it took. He is so sweet, kind, very helpful, made sure we got everything we needed done etc. We only use them to get the frames and prescriptions made there (don’t have our insurance with the the doctor sadly). What a fabulous staff. Always super helpful and the doctors take their time with their patients. I was having trouble finding contacts that worked for me and they stayed by my side I'm happy to report I now have the perfect script!
Excellent service and experience. I accidentally over-tightened my girlfriend’s glasses and they addressed the issue to temporarily hold the frame together for free until we returned to the original store. I’ve forgotten the associate that helped us but she was great!
Dr. Michael and his staff are exceptional. The care he takes with each patient is above and beyond. The attention Dr. Michael gives to my vision needs is the reason why I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you again for your care.
For the 3rd time in a row, we have had a very good experience at this vision center. All doctors and staff are friendly and patient. My family and I have never felt dismissed or disrespected. Everyone takes their time and allow us to take our time when needed. I hope the entire vision center get recognized for consistently showing respect and a positive attitude.
