I had a very positive experience at the Monroe Vision Center inside Walmart. I placed my order for glasses at the end of December, and about a week later I received a notification that my order was completed. Jenny, the vision center manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to help me choose a frame that suited my face and made sure the final fit was just right. Very helpful, very nice people
l am forever grateful to the crew that helped me at the Walmart Vision Center today! My 1-year-old puppy chewed the ear pieces on my brand new glasses from Costco. Costco no longer carries the glasses that I got this last Saturday (they don't have a warranty for things of this nature like Walmart does either I discovered). I called The Vision Center and a man answered the phone. I explained my mini crisis and he said he would set aside two sizes of silicone casings to cover the jagged edges of the earpieces. Everyone who I interacted with here was wonderful. I especially appreciated getting help from Charles (I hope I remembered his name correctly) who was extremely personable and helped me understand what my insurance covered and was transparent about cost throughout my entire appointment. Will definitely be going here for the foreseeable future.
