Horrible service
I just left there. They don't have enough parking for handicap and I circled the parking lot for 15 minutes trying to get a spot. I called The vision Center at 2:01 letting them know that I was going to be late for my appointment. My appointment was at 2:00. I'm disabled. She said she would wait. I parked all the way on the other side of the parking lot and trudged my body across and it took me forever to get there. I get inside. And the stupid doctor was gone. No way in hell. David at the Walmart Vision Center was, without exaggeration, one of the most unprofessional people I have ever seen working in any customer-facing position. My wife came in for what should have been one of the simplest fixes imaginable - replacing a screw in her glasses. Instead, she was immediately met with attitude, condescension, and what honestly felt like outright shaming. I had a very positive experience at the Monroe Vision Center inside Walmart. I placed my order for glasses at the end of December, and about a week later I received a notification that my order was completed. Jenny, the vision center manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to help me choose a frame that suited my face and made sure the final fit was just right.
