Petty on Customer Service! Spent $100 to replace lens, and because I didn't need to buy a new frame the Vision Center staff would Not Provide me a Case to place them in (the frame originally purchased from them).... informed me I could Buy a case from their fund raising selection at a minimal cost.
The staff were great, but the posted hours don’t seem to be consistently followed. I went to pick up my glasses around 1:45 p.m., only to find the store closed for a lunch break. I returned at 6:45 p.m., but it was already closed for the day, even though it’s listed as being open until 7 p.m. I’d recommend calling ahead before going to make sure they’re actually open.
I went to Smyrna Walmart Vision center today to buy new glasses! I was taken care of with professionalism and kindness! Thank you for your help!!
