I have known Shammi Chowdbury around 3 or 4 years at the Walmart vision center on central Expressway in Plano. Myself and my husband has used them in the past. I sent my mother in law to her a few weeks ago because at 93 she was having trouble seeing the TV. Shammi took care of her and now she is seeing the tv better than she has in years. If you need glasses go see Shammi, she will take care of you, she a very nice and caring person.
Good service
I just walked in and I was wondering if they could adjust my sunglasses. I bought them at different store. The manager, Shammi is the best! She is very professional, kind and had great customer service. She adjusted my sunglasses within 5 min and they fit really well. Much better! High recommend!! Yall should go !!
