I have always had a positive experience at this vision center. Yesterday, I had cataract surgery on my right eye. I was told to remove the right lenses, so the new, implanted lenses could take over, until I have cataract surgery on my left eye, on August 7th. I removed the screw holding the right lenses in, but I was having difficulty getting the metal frame lined up, to replace the tiny screw. Kara was so helpful at the vision center. My husband went in to get a new pair of glasses, after breaking his old ones. We have never ever received better customer care and diligent supports as we have at this eye care center! I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!
Brandon provides excellent customer service at the Bremerton Walmart Vision Center.
Jordan was very helpful with my glasses ensuring complete satisfaction and willingness for great customer service. She is a manager above and deserve all the accolades considerable.
The best place to go to for vision. The helpful employee Jordan showed and explained the whole process with me. Definitely going back in the future.
