When my glasses broke, I was frantic, but a young man named Kody stepped in and saved the day. His kindness and expertise helped calm my nerves and repair my glasses. Kody took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect new glasses. His exceptional customer service has won me over from Costco, and I'll definitely be returning to Walmart for all my future eyewear needs.

Kody was so incredibly helpful to me when I was trying to decide on a pair of glasses. I wasn’t sure if I should pay extra to have my lenses thinned out or not, but after he explained to me what they would look like without thinning them, I realized I would hate my glasses if I didn’t do it. I haven’t been to the eye doctor in….more than a decade. While grocery shopping with my wife, she encouraged me to stop in to the Walmart vision center to just get everything checked out. I was promptly greeted by Kody. His kind demeanor made me feel so comfortable in a situation where I was nervous. He talked me through the whole process of getting an eye exam so I knew what was happening at every step. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Kody makes this vision center a welcoming place.
A week ago I bent my glasses and they hung on my face badly. I stopped in to see if they could do anything to help. 2 minutes later, my glasses foot like new! Thank you so very much!! (I didn’t even buy the glasses there!)
