Five stars for Naty! She is thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the process so easy and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses—it felt like having a friend there with me every step of the way. Fantastic service!
Great service, Naty was awesome!!
Naty was so helpful and took plenty of time with me...I didn't feel rushed. I would recommend her to all my friends and family!!
Came in for an eye exam, the lady pushed on my eye so much that it’s been swollen for a week since. They refuse to get me in sooner than 2 weeks from now, and want to charge me to look at what THEY did to my eye. On top of that my prescription is off, and nobody cared to make adjustments or offer any solutions. Horrible experience all around.
