I had an eye exam at Walmart today and ordered glasses afterwards..first of all the optometrist Jason Morrell, was fantastic. He spent so much time with me and helped me with all my issues. I highly recommend him. Then Naty helped me order glasses afterwards, I have never had someone spend so much time with me and she helped fit me and choose all the options that I needed. I was so impressed with her customer service skills. She is a keeper. I highly recommend Walmart for all your eye needs. GD
Wow, I usually don’t write reviews, but Marisol, the manager at Walmart Vision located at 1606 S. Signal Butte Rd. in Mesa, Arizona, is truly exceptional. She’s professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain all your options when selecting the perfect frames and lenses. You won’t find a better place to purchase eyeglasses. This will definitely become my go-to destination.
Naty at Walmart vision at Signal Butte Rd, Mesa, AZ gives us excellent service We have had several new prescriptions and she always remembers us and our name when we arrive She is very patient and caring and provides us with options for new glasses. My husband is 90 and is always pleased with her care. The glasses are always perfect. We highly recommend her, the Tarantinos .
3 months later i get a bill saying that i owe 10 dls for a clerical mistake on walmarts paperwork and i guess they need the money so bad that they are milking and diming customers. For prescription eye glasses that employees can not fill out paperwork correctly and i did not even complaint about having marks on my glasses where they need the presciption augmentation did not remove them. Just horrible service. I just needed them for work but thats not the point. Go elswhere for your glasses
Naty was the greatest. Our service was impeccable. She took all the time I Needed and I never felt rushed. She is a blessing to the Walmart vision center. Thank you, Naty for all you did.
