Date 08/01/2026. Worst customer service ever! The moment that my mom and I enter the store a lady in a rude way stated " I am the only one working today, so you will have to wait 10 to 15 min". In the store there was only one person looking at glasses. I then asked her if the Doctor was available for an eye exam and if we needed to make an appointment. unfortunately they have now changed eye doctors I went in and asked about appointments and was told the new doctor DOES NOT take insurance and charges I believe they said $ 160 what happened to this place I had been going there for 4years NO MORE WONT SEE ME AGAIN to bad!
Krystal was a great help. She was thorough with explanations and was able to answer all my question. She also was very patient when helping adjust my glasess. If you need glasses see Krystal.
Beware......you pay what you owe at the time you purchase glasses then they send you a bill months later saying you owe money. It's BS. You do not owe money. Beware...go somewhere else. Do not trust them.
My prescription was issued incorrectly, so I called later since my glasses had a three-month warranty. However, they wanted me to pay again for an eye exam, claiming that seven months had passed since my last one, even though a prescription is valid for one year. When I called, the person who answered the phone at Lady Lake Vision Center was rude instead of trying to resolve the issue. I will never have an eye exam at Walmart Vision Center again. Very bad experience.
