Krystal was a great help. She was thorough with explanations and was able to answer all my question. She also was very patient when helping adjust my glasess. If you need glasses see Krystal.
Beware......you pay what you owe at the time you purchase glasses then they send you a bill months later saying you owe money. It's BS. You do not owe money. Beware...go somewhere else. Do not trust them.
My prescription was issued incorrectly, so I called later since my glasses had a three-month warranty. However, they wanted me to pay again for an eye exam, claiming that seven months had passed since my last one, even though a prescription is valid for one year. When I called, the person who answered the phone at Lady Lake Vision Center was rude instead of trying to resolve the issue. I will never have an eye exam at Walmart Vision Center again. Very bad experience.
Update: 1 Year Later - Had to have my frames fixed/realigned. Brad provided amazing customer service. Can't recommend them enough. ____________ Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices... 5/5, will return for my next pair! Just returned a couple weeks later to have my glasses tightened, Brad was an amazing help. Went way above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied.
