I originally left a 5-star review, but after my follow-up visit I need to revise it to 1 star. The optometrist was excellent and very professional, and Beth in the vision center was outstanding—she was patient, helpful, and did a great job helping me choose the right glasses and sunglasses frames. However, my experience when picking up my glasses was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was rude, rushed the interaction, and did not offer any fitting or adjustment assistance. Excellent friendly service. Dr. Aillen Lamela, OD is very patient during testing, thorough at explaining everything, kind and compassionate. Medical Assistant is friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to answer any and all questions I had with dignity and respect. Front desk and all other staff was also very friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience for my appointment very comfortable as I am in a wheelchair and handicapped. Thank for the compassion and great experience as always!
