We stop in the Optial Department at the Chino Walmart for some quick repairs on my wife’s glasses. Cindy , who was working that morning quickly tighten up my wife glasses and double checked the fit and then gave them a good cleaning. Before we left she offered to clean my glasses as well. Great service.
I’ve been to the Walmart Vision Center in Chino Hills for my last three pairs of glasses and each time I come, I’ve worked with either Martha or Ruby. Every time I’m so impressed with their knowledge of insurance, finding the perfect glasses, and most importantly, the kindness and care they show to each and every customer. I have two different vision plans and could go anywhere, but I choose to come here because they are such a delight to work with. I’d give them 10 stars for their overall service.
