Good customer service and really friendly staff
I usually don't leave reviews but this team is impressive. Tonya was amazing! She came in and instantly started helping us out. She was quick and smart with my questions which I appreciate and friendly too so just made my experience great. Shout out to Dr. Ozuzu as well he was awesome and answered my questions in a professional manner. Like I said very very impressed
My first experience was excellent. However, on October 8, 2025, I went to the store to ask if my son’s glasses could be repaired. Ms. Tonya assisted us and confirmed that the repair could be done. My son’s lenses were scratched, and Ms. Tonya took the glasses and said she would place the repair order. Later, I received a message stating that the glasses were ready.
