Being acknowledged when you walk in would go a long way here. The staff completely ignore you when you walk in. No apologies for a long wait. They don't try to see who they may be able to get out quickly and first when there are lots of people waiting.
Went to the vision center was greeted by Susie with a joyful good morning. She was super helpful with everything and super sweet! Made the process quick, and easy and also gave me some input on eyeglasses because I couldn’t decide. Definitely going back to see her when it’s time for my little one to get her glasses.
