I really enjoyed coming to walmart to pick my frames early last week. The kind woman who helped me and got me all set up was named Kim she was very helpful, kind and patient with me and also was very friendly! I will be coming back to this specific store for my glasses in the future and loved my experience 5/5🌟
Wow what great service. Mom got her new glasses here and was so impressed. They met her with a smile and made her feel special. They helped with insurance too. Kim took the time to really listen and help. Thank you!
Very helpful with my 2 pair of glasses love them
I didn't get her name, but the customer service received by Walmart's vision tech provided was above and beyond. I sure hope she's there when I pickup my glasses!
My experience with Kim was perfect. Her personality is funny, attentive, helpful and a very focused person with other people. She makes sure you leave with a good prescription for your glasses.
