Made a appointment with Dr. Miller for a cataract referral. Have a serious cataract on right eye. Took a looked with small flashlight. Said you have a cataract. Did not write out a referral or give me the phone number or address.only the name As I was leaving he asked if I needed a RX for glasses. Said no my vision will change after the cataract is removed.
