I went and had my vision exam at another place. The exam was great but when it came time to order glasses, I felt like twas being scammed. Someone suggested Walmart. Glad I went! Terry waited on me and was extremely helpful. They have glasses for every budget. She took the time to go over everything and made sure I was happy with my selection. Refused to wait on us because she was going to lunch soon. Told us to come back later. Went to America's Best and walked out 5 minutes later glasses ordered.
The doctor I saw was absolutely incredible—one of the best I’ve ever interacted with. He was kind, understanding, and truly took the time to listen, which I really appreciated. However, the front desk experience was frustrating. First, the receptionist couldn’t find me in the system and wrongly claimed I didn’t have insurance—when I absolutely do.
