Refused to wait on us because she was going to lunch soon. Told us to come back later. Went to America's Best and walked out 5 minutes later glasses ordered.
The doctor I saw was absolutely incredible—one of the best I’ve ever interacted with. He was kind, understanding, and truly took the time to listen, which I really appreciated. However, the front desk experience was frustrating. First, the receptionist couldn’t find me in the system and wrongly claimed I didn’t have insurance—when I absolutely do. Nice glasses
I can't tell you how the doctor is since I see a different one for that, but the staff that sells you glasses and contacts are truly the sweetest! I've been going there for years and they know me by my face and are so helpful. They work with you to save you as much money as you can by doing the math for different insurance types. Just because of the friendly staff is one of the many reasons I continue to go there. Plus they have great prices and so many products to choose from.
