Tried to schedule my yearly appointment….no answer. Apparently the dr quit …Wow big surprise there. Thanks Walmart vision. Worst customer service

The older lady with glasses and blonde curly hair thatworks in the Glases section is rude. You advertise you're open until 6 pm... then why at 550pm were we not allowed in to pay for glasses??... you wouldn't even treat us as customers. You had locked the gate and stood in the office then turned your back to us saying you already counted your drawer.. Your always so miserable. How you keep your job is so beyond me. Do better. There's no excuse treat people that way.
Poor customer service staff sitting around not engaging with customers. Not helpful at all.
Find somewhere else. From the rude manager to the constant mistakes you are better off somewhere else.
