I would like to make mention of Nicole who works in the optical center. While just browsing their frames I could tell she was having issues with a difficult patient who was confused about his prescription. I couldn’t help but overhear how she carefully explained the different prescriptions he had and how they work for him. It sounds like she called and confirmed this info with another center and the patient seemed satisfied. Caring and knowledgeable customer service!
I tried to order my glasses in the system and have vsp insurance and she couldn’t get into. The lady there smelled so bad like unclean, she was missing teeth and seemed to be tweaking on something. Her sweatshirt looked filthy. I am thinking you have standards there so she either needs assistance, mental health help or simply talked to. It was very overwhelming. Very thorough and explains everything clearly.
Terrible. Got progressive bifocals. My prescription is not right, took them back and they said the are. How do they no they don't have to wear them. Can't drive with them, can't read with them. 278.00 down the drain. NEVER AGAIN..will I get my eyes checked there. Should have known better.
