Man on the phone said they don’t check pupillary distance but I think they were too lazy. Stupid to think they won’t provide a service that doesn’t even take 5 minutes. Guess my moneys not good here
The older gentleman was so rude to me and my son. I wanted the exact same pair as last year with everything the same. It was going to be an extra 100 dollars with the insurance from last year. I asked him if he could break it down for me and explain why and he said he couldn’t do that. He said insurance just goes up. I said not 100 dollars more. We had an amazing experience! Lee was such a huge help. He did multiple searches to ensure my insurance would be accepted and was extremely patient and kind with my son who is on the spectrum and needed help with glasses. He was thorough, professional, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend!
Overpriced, cheap quality glasses and unprofessional staff.
