We went in for an eye exam back in January, and everything seemed fine at first. When we went back to get the prescription so we could get glasses somewhere else, they gave us issues right away. I decided to go back again today, and I was told the same exact thing that the doctor who did the exam is no longer independent and is now part of Walmart Vision, and that he supposedly threw all the files away. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful.
The doctor is great and worth coming here just for him, but customer service was not great. I will continue to get my eye exams here but I plan on getting my glasses somewhere else.
