I liked the eye Dr. He was very efficient I felt like he went in depth in the exam and explained everything. Mattie was great checking me in, going over my insurance, helping me pick out the glasses I love and explained process, what to if there are any issues, and the warranty’s. Thank you for such a nice experience.
The team here is very friendly and not pushy. I had an older pair of glasses where the nose gaurd was missing and they didnt sell a replacement he said give him a second and he went back and fixed them and cleaned them. It was he was bald had some facial hair. He was extemeley professional and kind. It was a very awesome experience. When i get my vision rechecked im going here from now on!
Theresa and Mattie absolutely amazing . I almost gave up on walmart but they saved the day 15 years and going strong!
The team at Port Charlotte Vision Center is absolutely wonderful! The staff is friendly, professional, and really knows their stuff. Both my son and I get our glasses here and will continue to in the future. The service is always top-notch, and they make the whole process easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great optical center with amazing service, this is the place!
We had amazing care from Maddi who was both knowledgeable and had the best sense of humor. She made sure my glasses fit and really listened while making the whole experience joyful.
