I’ve gone to this location three days in a row. First day they couldn’t access the system, and the last two days there hasn’t been anyone there. There’s a few pair of glasses I’d like to purchase but with this type of customer service I’d probably never receive them. On top of that there’s homeless people who sit outside the entrance begging for things and smoking.
I come here to pick up my glasses but no one is here. I’m waiting here for more than a hour but no one shows up. The sign said that they are open. But no one is here. When I asked a manager she said that the lady that is working here went for launch. I have never seen or even heard that lunch take 2 hours.
The sales people are rude and refused to adjust my eyeglasses. I will never buy glasses from them again.
