Never open when they say their open. Horrible communication, staff on weekends dress like they just rolled outta bed.
This eye center has a very rude employee who apparently has a racist streak. Twice she has completely ignored my husband to help others who arrived later. Today he called to make an appointment and she left him on hold for almost 10 minutes until he finally had enough and hung up. Don’t worry about it sweetie, we won’t be back.
Reasonable prices. Mostly very nice.
I’d give it 0 if possible. Dr Hoke, great listens and does as needed no problems. Heidi, never had a problem. However I live out of town and it is sometimes a hassle with a busy schedule to come in and pick things up so I prefer mail or online ordering etc. the last few times have been NOTHING but a joke, listening is not a forte of 90% of the staff.
I wish I could give 0 stars. The employees working here are absolutely rude. They make you feel like it’s a problem for you to be there and ask any questions. I’ve tried getting glasses for my daughter and these people made me so angry and frustrated that I walked out. Don’t go to this location.
