I waited for 45 minutes and they never opened at the posted time. Nobody in customer service could help.
Unprofessional. Always waiting 20-30 mins in line to be seen. The doctor that give the exams is rude.
I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, and always had a great experience. That’s why they are getting a 2 instead of a 1. The doctor I really liked has retired. I was shocked when, as a loyal customer, I was treated rudely when inquiring about what to do if my prescription has expired during Covid, when it’s impossible to get an eye exam.
