The Vision Center manager, Nikki, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I attempted to return a pair of glasses purchased at a different Walmart location, and she flatly refused the refund. When I asked to read the corporate policy myself, she was dismissive and hostile, claiming she already knew it. Most shockingly, she told me that if I pursued the return, she would refuse to provide me service at this location in the future. This kind of retaliatory behavior from a manager is unacceptable. Very rude employees. Acted like they were too busy to help anyone. They said it could be up to an hour wait for glasses which is ridiculous. Huge waste of time coming over here. I was 50 ft from the desk when the lady yelled tht they were too busy to accommodate us.
Rudest staff I've ever encountered. I walked in 40 minutes before close and both ladies told me they wouldn't be helping me to order glasses because they had a Christmas party to go to and would be leaving early, as in, before they close. I assured them I'd finish everything by close because I understood, but they told me "No, the party was more important". I hope management knows they do this. I’ve bought glasses several Times from Walmart but this most recent pair had to be taken back a few months new because a coating was coming off. The coating is coming off a second time in 12 months and they won’t cover Them and replace the lens. Won’t be going back again. I was told that they don’t know what I’m using to clean them and that could be the issue. They don’t tell you things to avoid…so that should be irrelevant imo.
