Rudest staff I've ever encountered. I walked in 40 minutes before close and both ladies told me they wouldn't be helping me to order glasses because they had a Christmas party to go to and would be leaving early, as in, before they close. I assured them I'd finish everything by close because I understood, but they told me "No, the party was more important". I hope management knows they do this. I’ve bought glasses several Times from Walmart but this most recent pair had to be taken back a few months new because a coating was coming off. The coating is coming off a second time in 12 months and they won’t cover Them and replace the lens. Won’t be going back again. I was told that they don’t know what I’m using to clean them and that could be the issue. They don’t tell you things to avoid…so that should be irrelevant imo. I refuse to ever go back to this place to have an eye exam or to buy glasses, the employees have attitudes, I don’t like Dr Tao either and the selection of glasses is really lacking and out of style, I switched to VisionWorks and boy what a difference, it’s like night and day, I’ll be going there for now on for my exams and glasses !! I’d avoid this optical place like the plague and just go to VisionWorks, you won’t regret it !! Good riddance !!
Lady tried just telling me they don't process any insurance that it's on the client's to process their own insurance which is partly why she is getting paid....seriously don't wanna do your job so you try to get the customers todo it for you not to mention I have been going here since I was a child so I know that's bs and if you don't have insurance their policy is a pay a percentage out of pocket. Lady straight up needs tobe fired
