My husband and I are visiting from Michigan. The band/arm on my glasses seemed to be broken. I had bought them at LensCrafters in Michigan, so we decided to take them to the closest Lens Crafters which was about an hour drive from where we were. I went to the Walmart in Winter Haven Cypress Gardens location to get glasses for my son. A staff member called my insurance and confirmed it was in-network. However, she later said her boss was picky and refused to help me, even though I’ve used the same insurance there before. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled!

I just made a call for a specific piece of information, but only because of the way the person who answered me spoke! I will never visit this place again! Train your employees in customer service! You don't speak so rudely to the caller!
