Worst experience ever! Receptionist lady with red hair needs to find another job where her job does not require interacting with customers, people like her make businesses look bad, got there she didn’t even greet me I had to greet her, her tone in which she spoke was not friendly what so ever and clearly had no patience to speak with me. But once she spoke with people of her own race she was all smiles and friendly tune honestly how embarrassing to be that type of human being.
Dr. Mark was amazing!!! New to area and to this eye Dr and the experience was over the top. Professional comfortable and I wasn’t nervous as I usually am. My appointment was right on time - receptionist was pleasant and kind. Danny who checked me out - same! The whole experience was A plus!!!
I have gotten great prescription lenses and frames here yearly since 2022. Karen and the team are excellent. Love my cool frames, quick turn around, great Nikon lenses: crafting and quality.

My husband and I are visiting from Michigan. The band/arm on my glasses seemed to be broken. I had bought them at LensCrafters in Michigan, so we decided to take them to the closest Lens Crafters which was about an hour drive from where we were. The lady was very rude and told me “we don’t repair here”. She had been in the back on her cell phone (we could directly see her)…She Handed me my glasses and walked away.
