I went to this location for a contact lens fitting and experienced ongoing issues with the right lens feeling too large and uncomfortable. I was given two trial options, not four. I stated that the second pair felt better than the first at that time, but after continued wear I called to report that the right lens still did not feel correct. I contacted the office multiple times about the same issue because it was never resolved. These were calls regarding the same two trial lenses, not separate fittings. Very rude. Was hung up on before I couldn’t finish talking
Been going to Dr. Kelly Slater for a few years now. She's friendly and patient. Her eye exams are thorough and the rest of the staff are great also! I had a bad experience at another optometrist nearest me so I travel 45 mins to see Dr. Slater! 10/10
