I've gotten glasses here from Robert and Carl, both of whom are now working elsewhere, and now Kylie. All three are great, and Im really fortunate that Kylie is often in the store these days to help with anything "optical"...she really knows the business and the business of taking great care of her customers, including me. I had some issues with an incorrect prescription and it was tricky to figure out and address but Kylie was very helpful throughout the process of getting things straight. Literal angels ☺️ Came here after a disappointing visit at National Opticals in Vinton. The same day Michelle & Carl helped me with my prescription, my insurance, & even helped me pick out whatever pair I wanted 💙 I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, truly grateful for them.
