Called the store more than once it’s unacceptable. How the staff can’t do their job.
Was told to switch my insurance from unicare to Anta and it would pay for the glasses got there with new insurance and was told they didn't expect that insurance and I'd have to pay 200.00 for my glasses
Called and made an appointment at Walmart here in the lovely Huntington, West Virginia, the young lady says 1:15 pm. I repeat 1:15 PM. She says yes I’ll say OK I’ll see you then. Arrive 15 minutes early just to be told that they don’t open until two because they’re gone from lunch at the present time that I must’ve misunderstood. Once I got to the back to visit with the doctor, there is another lady you have to deal with and fill out paperwork.
