While the service is phenomenal, the frames are poor quality. I bought a pair of wire framed glasses, and within a year they had already begun to corrode.
Ladies at the front not friendly at all. Only thing they said to my daughter and I were “ leave the glasses you try on, on the shelf.” No, Hello. No, May I help you. No smile..Came 3O miles here because there were good reviews. Must be different people working now. Not coming back. Even tho our apt is in a couple of days, I’m canceling. Even if they say the eye dr is nice and helpful. Don’t want to be around this vision center/Walmart again.
Raz & Chris are wonderful opticians. Always friendly & helpful. Doctors are friendly and informative. Have had the most luck with getting glasses here. Rx is accurate. Have spent so much more money with other places and always find myself coming back here.
Mackenzie was very helpful and as sweet as can be!! I had previously visited the 9th street store and was treated very rudely!! Glad i went to Shaver Road!
They are now taking appointments and they are doing a fantastic job. From making sure everything is sanitized to completing your eye check up and choosing your glasses/contacts, the entire staff- Roz,Mackenzie,Michele and Kris took care of me and work as an awesome team. The Doctor is very kind ,patient and awesome. Was so happy with how smooth the whole process went.
