After my mother’s glasses were lost by a local healthcare facility, we urgently needed a replacement. Chris went above and beyond to help us. He took time to review her prescription with me over the phone and was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with my mom in person. He also spent time on the phone with her Ophthalmologist to confirm the accuracy of her rx. VA I am been here from last more then one n half hour and aske her just one question And she will be not able to answer my question I don’t know what kind of people Walmart hiring I get tremendous experience from employe her name is Victoria and she work super super super slow in Walmart vision center at Salem VA I personally recommend to all if you have bunch & bunch free time then only go to this place Very very easy experience
Had a broken frame- not just a screw out from a grandchild grabbing them. Chris was great and fixed them right up!
I've received services here over the past 5 years and have always received wonderful service. Chris and Barbara were so helpful, patient, and professional in assisting me.
