They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They are understaffed but that is not their fault, and the higher ups refuse to roll up their sleeves and help. This scenario is happening everywhere. Be patient when the ones that show up to work.
They take long lunches & close at 6:00... despite sitting on their phones and getting paid until 7:00. Never had a problem with any Walmart optometrist before, but these guys literally don't work.
Not open due to staff shortage. Over an hour (lunch break) has passed. Still closed. And closes at 6 pm
Stay clear of this eye center. Two of the employees at this vision center are totally unqualified. My optometrist wrote me a prescription for safety glasses that would be plane lens at the top and reading glasses at the bottom. It took over a month for the glasses to come back wrong--the lady who ordered them put the order in as reading lenses all the way across.
