Horrible customer service , the lady who I finally got too answer the phone after the 12th time calling was rude and not helpful at all. I HIGHLY recommend using anywhere other than here. The ladies working inside are just as rude and unprofessional, I will be getting our glasses else where from now on. HORRIBLE
The women who work in the vision center are so rude. Every single time they are so rude when I was ordering glasses, picking them up or when I go for an adjustment. They act like you're bothering them. I just took them in today to get an adjustment and she told me they were fine. She tried to Gaslight me that they weren't crooked but they certainly were and she finally adjusted them. I won't go back to this place because they are just so difficult to deal with.
On July 31st I went in the Bonsack Walmart vision center to look at glasses. They were busy at first for a little bit, so I started looking and trying on. As time went by, all customers left and seemed quiet. I kept looking and still no one to come help me. Two ladies at 2 separate times walked over almost near me and asked if I was finding everything OK and then left . I kept looking and still no one to help me. I was humiliated and left. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They are understaffed but that is not their fault, and the higher ups refuse to roll up their sleeves and help. This scenario is happening everywhere. Be patient when the ones that show up to work.
They take long lunches & close at 6:00... despite sitting on their phones and getting paid until 7:00. Never had a problem with any Walmart optometrist before, but these guys literally don't work.
